The service is good. The neighborhood has a nice atmosphere. I'd recommend the pizza's are good instead of the paella. Too pricy for what you get.

the 3 servants responsible for 4 seated tables managed to forget my order "dish of the day".. ok, this can happen, even nobody realized it for 40min.. but the stupidity itself is, after I have complained they forgotten me, the servant brings exactly the same dish to the table next to me, that came 30min after me.. there is zero... Good location and nice menus . Enjoyed the food and wine but felt that it was bums on seats because the food was delivered very fast , as soon as you put your knife and fork down the next course was delivered and we felt that they wanted to table free to get more people through. This really spoilt the... More

Really good food, definitely recommended! Pulpo a la Gallega and croquetas bacalao in particular were excellent : ) If you want to go when it's busy with Spanish people make sure you go late 9:30- 10ish

We were a group of 10 family members and friends following a week of celebrations in Moraira for a major birthday. We were in Valencia to put two on the train to Barcelona before they then returned to San Francisco. We had been wandering around the area and looking for a place to stop where we could sit outside and... More

Situated in a wide side street with outdoor seating in the center of a pedestrian area the 4 restaurants owned as one cover both sides and a variety of food styles. We chose pizza and a salad both good but not exceptional. Drinks were very expensive and watch out for the 2 € per head automatic service charge. Overall a... More

After eating next door (Orio) several times, we decided to give La Cata a try. Outdoor dining with nice table setting. Good service, although you cannot say who is serving you; they all are. We had stone cooked steak, very original and flavorful. Wine was exactly what we ordered (it's been known not to happen). Ended up paying almost 60... More

Friendly service and ease of access. Just off San Vincente street between tow main plazas. We had pizza one night which was fine and went back another night to try the pasta. Tasty and reasonably priced.

While away a pleasant afternoon here, eating their delicious tapas, people watching and enjoying their waiters who have a great sense of humour!

During our stop in Valencia on a cruise to Barcelona one of our guides recommended this restaurant nearby after a visit to the Museum of Ceramics. This proved to be an excellent choice for a typical Spanish lunch. We sat outdoors and enjoyed a fantastic paella valenciana, freshly prepared for two, amply supplemented with a homemade pitcher of sangria. The... More
