Visited this afternoon. Beautiful decor and absolutely the type of place I want to visit on holiday- we had high hopes. We were brought the drinks list very quickly, and then - nothing. Two male staff working were fascinated with watching each other operate the coffee machine. My husband eventually went to the bar to order (as table service clearly... More

Our tour recommended we try agua de Valencia Here since it needs to be made with fresh orange juice. The place was very nice,as other photos show here, however the lady at the bar made our drink with boxed orange juice as we saw her get the boxes out. It was ok. We went to another place the same night... More

We went there as a friend recommendation, and surprisingly we found a table, we had expected it to be busy, because of Fallas Festival. The decoration inside is like an old museum. Of course we taste "Agua de Valencia". Grate place.

Very cool vibe for laptop working, and was quickly offered a drink. I don't know if it's snippy or just efficient, but it doesn't matter to me as I can't make small talk in Spanish anyhow. Had an inspiring evening here, great wifi.

The Cafe was on our radar from various tourist guides, it seemed that an Agua de Valencia is part of the obligatory Valencian experience, it did not disappoint. We had expected it to be busy, but at 6.30 on a mid week evening it was surprisingly empty. The decor is quite amazing and worth a visit in itself - a... More

Great decor, calm and more akin to a cafe in Vienna maybe. Some seating outside but by 3pm no sun because of the tall buildings. Just around the corner from the Ad Hoc Carmen where I am staying. I imagine all very similar interior decoration to Dale Wintons living room. Some opera playing and a tiny fountain on the main... More

Lovely and cozy place, especially in a winter time. Unusual deco makes worth a visit just to see it. Recommended agua de valencia jar

Very nice cafe where to have a nice break. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. Retro furnishments, classical music make of this place a magical environment of the past.

This is a quirky little place in the old town of Valencia. We had a red wine before heading off for dinner in the city. Great decor, lovely ambience. Even if the barman was decidedly grouchy. But this just added to the attraction. It seemed to be a place for coffee and cake as well. Well worth a visit as... More
