Staff is friendly. They do not have English menu but if you are enough Spanish food, you kinda know what are the items. We had the 3 course set lunch for 16euros, very well done for quality and generous portion! We had the iberico pork and entrecôte for mains. Absolute Yumz!

What a brilliant find! We had breakfasts and lunches here and never a fault with any of them. Their daily menus offer tasty Spanish cuisine at very good prices. Their clientele is mainly Spanish. There is a morning breakfast rush. Various breakfast deals available. The lunchtime menu changes on a daily basis. A lot of business people came for lunch,... More

Welcoming and friendly. A limited lunch menu but good food, service, Bar and tables for easy choice. We were looking for something light as we were planning a big dinner. Settled in with an aperitive as we were early again, then a delightful easy paced meal

This was a nice cosy taberna with friendly staff and a reasonably priced menu. We enjoyed our starters and our desserts and a nice bottle of wine but were very disappointed with our main courses. My chicken was not properly cooked, the emperador looked as though it had just been defrosted and the pork was just bland.

We casually found this small restaurant located in midtown Valencia, Spain, just around the corner of Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Hall square) The exact address is: Transits,3 (near Astoria hotel) ph. 96 352 31 66. You will enter a nice dining room with a romantic old style atmosphere (furniture is an authentic "Belle epoque" outfitting. They will serve you some... More

We had toasted sandwiches for lunch and a drink each, which cost 15 euros, OK but rather expensive for what we had

My husband and I stayed at the nearby Astoria Palace during Fallas and popped in to the Rodrigo Cafe on a rainy afternoon for a bite. Compared to the multitude of other cafes and restaurants in the area we found the food plain, not really hot, and pretty much not worth the visit. The restaurant itself was nothing special at... More
