I have been to Bsamel many times b efore but this time has been my first post the COVID-19.
As always the team was extremely friendly and the service was to perfection. The team have kept the great quality of food which is very encouraging. We will continue to come back.

We have been to Bsamel many times and this time around it was for breakfast.
Bsamel is offering freshly baked bread toasted to perfection and served with the local tomato sauce. It’s truly simple but the taste is definitely delicious.
Combined with a Nespresso coffee, it was a great start for the day.
We will come back for more

Three of us tasted the Rodabolla fish: it stank like bad fish and tasted rotten. When I sent it back, they came back and said this was normal and the marisco sauce. Well, be that as it may, but this is still a worst case Customer non-Relationship management because they even charged me for it - obviously, I will never go back, and write/talk about the experience

Sentimos mucho su disgusto pero el pescado estaba en perfectas condiciones. Si alguien devuelve un plato a cocina siempre, siempre, lo probamos para comprobar en qué condiciones está puesto que si ciertamente no fueran óptimas podría haber otras raciones afectadas y, como usted entenderá, eso sería un desastre para nuestros clientes y para nuestro restaurante. Que no les agradara la salsa de marisco no quiere decir que el pescado no estuviera perfecto. Si no hubiera sido así, las otras 3 raciones del mismo animal también estarían en mal estado, no cree? De nuevo le reiteramos nuestro pesar por su mala experiencia pero no podemos aceptar su apreciación acerca del plato.

I have visited Bsamel many times for business lunches and light meals and always enjoyed every moment.The service is impeccable, the food presentation is perfect, the food quality is always above expectations and the prices are truly attractive. I will continue to come and enjoy more of the beautiful surrounding, friendly atmosphere and great food

We have tried several of the restaurants on this strip near outlet house & no complaints here. Menu of the day or tabla are recommended for lunch or pre dinner drinks. Deserts selection is huge if that what your after. Some items are little expensive but if you stick menu of the day you can’t go wrong. Also the setting next to fountain & under fig tree is a big winner.

We had bought one of the menus for four including an “entrante”, main dish, desert for each plus two bottles of wine and a bottle of cava. We did not expect too much because after all we got this on Groupon, but man oh man were we in for a surprise. Each single dish was marvelous and offered something typical spanish but with a modern twist. We were very pleased with the service and attention, with the ambience and honestly even with the comfortable chairs, music and lighting! I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Certainly going back!!! Thank you BSAMEL!

Great service, very causy and comfortable, pleasant ambiance and modern decor. What ever you order will be done to perfection, from a cup of coffee through a full lunch or dinner. Been in Bsamel many times, it will never let you down! Highly recommended

Bsamel is a must visit place even for a quick coffee with an amazing pastries and let alone for an Executive lunch.
The place is of a great decor, comfort and impeccable service.
The executive menu is always reach and offers a true quality with no compromises.
Bsamel is also offering a good selection of wines either by the glass which is never a disappointment or great Spanish wines , very well selected.
My advice, give it a try and you will always come back for more

Me and my family visited Bsamel and it was just fantastic. We sat outside and had a wonderful spanish lunch - the traditional beans were great. I even tryed "Bull tail" - it might sound a bit strange, but it was so delicious.
The restaurant is 10 minutes walk from the crowdy center, which makes it a wonderful place to eat spanish food.

Don't really understand the positive reviews here.
We had the lunch menu, and although it looked very promising on paper, it was not in reality.
They basically heat up the microwave dishes they sell in there own store.
This also means all meal are brought to the table very fast, so there is no time to relax.
For dessert, we could pick one of the cakes they sell in the store.
They look good, but mine was half frozen.
Service was polite, but not that great. Removing one empty plate, while the other person at the table is still finishing theirs is not done in my book.
Most expensive microwave lunch I ever had. Avoid.

Puede que la comida no fuera de su agrado, contra gustos no hay nada escrito, pero le aseguro que no es comida de microondas. El hecho de que en la tienda se venda comida envasada no tiene nada que ver con el servicio del restaurante: huevo rotos, paletilla asada o merluza con salsa muselina de puerros... complicado de calentar en un envasado, no le parece? De todos modos, la comida envasada que se ofrece en la tienda también es de primera calidad, no como los precocinados habituales de supermercado.
Siento que el servicio le pareciera demasiado rápido; en su próxima visita avísenos de que prefiere algo más relajado y así lo haremos. Gracias por su visita.
