We ate there on the recommendation of the hotel concierge and it was very good. Tapas were terrific and we were able to score a table on the street. Worth the visit.

A self serve,.no frills place. You pay for your beer or vermouth at one register and your fish croquettes or fried cod fish at an other. Careful with a stray fish bone!! Delicious and ICONIC. It is not a place you would linger at so...More

We had a very nice baccalao and salad. The service is good as well. Better to book in advance if you want to seat in the restaurant area.

We stopped in here with some local friends and loved the Cod. Like most good Tapas bars it does get crowded but the service was fast.

Casa Labra, since 1860, has been famous with locals long before the touristas invaded...so be prepared for a line even on a Monday night. The bar and outside areas: Only €1.50 for their famous deep fried cod tapas, and they are tasty indeed! Only €1...More

You can and should make reservations, but the real experience (and my recommendation) is at the front where no reservations are needed. It's a casual come and go place. You eat croquetas and have your cañas standing and... More
