He has been tremendously creative for decades and I truly enjoy going to El Chaflan. I suggest that you talk to Juan Pablo if you dine there. He will... More

Terrific restaurant from every aspect. The service is impeccable, the wine list extensive and the food is inventive and delicious. The Chef, Juan Pable Fellipe, does a great job and even though it is very expensive, El Chaflan is woth it.

Modern, sleek surroundings. Entrance somewhat hidden near hotel door. I preferred the tasting menu but good execution. Very quiet on night we visited (very little buzz).

This is located in the commerical or business district of Madrid and is down a street - take a taxi here, dont risk finding it yourself. Gorgeous restaurant - quite dark and only a handful of tables lit really well all circular and arranged in a circle with a real, huge olive tree being the focal point in the middle... More
