Perfect! Great food, we enjoyed some delicious typical Spanish meat and fish dishes.
Very nice environment and nice atmosphere in the restaurant and very friendly service.
I would really like to go back here again.

Restaurant in the Puerta del Sol area frequented by locals. Its interior looks like a tavern, decorated with naval elements. Very attentive service and good food at a reasonable price.

Several friends went to this place for dinner, and there was a little bit of everything. First we had some beers and they didn't even give us a skewer.
Then we ordered several portions, and some like grandma's meatballs were very delicious, others like lacon or broken eggs not so much...more average.
The waiters are quite nice, but I think you have to pay for the location of the place, a little expensive for the quantity and quality they offer.

We arrived at the restaurant around 6 pm. At this time there were not many different types of tapas available. We ate a Spanish omelet and got a complimentary rice dish to go with it. It was tasty but not spectacular. The restaurant was not expensive.

My daughter and I were the 1st guests and took some drinks waiting for the cooking staff. Nice place with old wood, strange instruments and relaxed atmosphere. We took some tapas like meatballs and artichokes. OK food but not very special. Acceptable white house wine. Low bill.

I had the biggest tomato salad with the largest amount of olive oil ever. Really good, though. My husband had oxtail stew, which was VERY rustique, but well prepared and tasty. My son had filets of cod, which were totally delicious. A very Spanish experience 😊

Wow - this is an inexpensive gem. This place had a crowd all day, so we decided to give it a try at dinner. Great food, big menu & cozy atmosphere. Did I say quirky? We had 6 people and they put us upstairs. We had our choice of a normal height room with very low table & chairs (think 4th grade) or a normal table & chairs in a very low height room. We took the small chairs and felt like giants. The waiter spoke some English, enough for us. The fish was excellent as were the beef cheeks. The is Tapas at it's best. Cheap wine too!

Just perfect. We ate nice anchovies and a perfect pork shoulder. And a good glass of beer after a whole day in the sun. Service was very friendly.

Found this little gem a couple of days into our week in Madrid. It is very popular with locals which I always find reassuring. The staff were wonderful especially Sebastian and Mateo who were a great double act. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and drink. The potatoes with egg on Sat morning is the dish to go for but every thing from the tapas to the grilled fish and steaks were awesome. Don't go if you want fine dining staff but make a bee line if you want good food and nice staff.

We were a large group and took some accommodating but super friendly, quickly sorted out a problem with the seating. We just asked to be served a selection, all authentic Spanish food. I am a bit of a food snob but the huge fish they served us and the steak were some of the best I have ever had!! Gorgeous!

16 of us ate at this restaurant and we were given a selection of authentic Spanish dishes to feast upon plus bottles of red and white wine and draught beer and soft drinks. The selection of desert included creme caramel, rice pudding and an apple tart. Delicious! The Spanish steak and grilled fish, which is their speciality, was particularly good. The service couldn’t be faulted and the waiters worked hard to please us. The bill, considering what we got was amazing value - just 23 Euros each - which was better than if we’d ordered directly off the menu. If you’re in a group of 10 or more, go for the selection of tapas. U bearable value and be food a e celebrate!!

This tapas bar is very authentic. Friendly service. However, the mixed tapas we ordered were nothing special. The anchovis was tasteful, but iberico ham and sausage not very special. Main dish hake fish was very good.
