Delicious food in generous portion sizes. We ate around 7pm from the Menu Del Dia at €15.20 per head. Tapas to share as starters, main course was choice of two dishes with dessert too. Service of the food was fine but as usual we waited ages for the bill and seemed to find it difficult to catch the waiter's eye!
Best restaurant I visited during my trip to Madrid. The food was excellent and reasonably priced (chose from set menu). The staff were great and the interior was amazing. The location was very convenient. Would love to go again!
We wanted somewhere nice for our last lunch, and how good was this ? The set menu for €12 was excellent, two courses & coffee, great value. Hoped for simple well cooked meal of pulpomand sepia. Both were tough, under seasoned with overcooked vegetables, main course plonked down before we had finished the starter ( also bad). Careless service.
Worth coming to for the decor alone, but have to say the food chefs special 3 course menu at 16.50€ was a great deal, cooked and presented well, I had sirloin steak, beautifully cooked. It does a good job well and reasonable prices, we will come here again next time we are in Madrid

The starters and main courses were really good. The service was good, but at 8.45pm they had a poor selection of desserts and even came back as our selection from what was left was no longer available. A disappointment from an otherwise fantastic meal and place to eat.
