Under my point of view is very expensive and the quality is medium and also the service. Despite to be on the 30rd floor as the breakfast, you pay approx 60€ per person for eating food that in other restaurant the main price is 30-40€ drinks included... I recommend yo stay at the hotel but select another options in the... More

Came here last year with some friends and enjoyed a very nice meal with great service but I can't say the same this time. My befriend and I went on Friday night to enjoy a nice mean with a view and to say that it was unpleasant would be an understatement. We were seated and watched and waited while other... More

Being tired after a long travel we preferred having dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, knowing it would be more expensive, but ended up having a real good time!. This time of the year madrid is quite quiet and we had no problem getting a table with a view, the waiters are super professional and accommodating. Thinking that the... More

We booked into the hotel for one night as it's near the train station on the way to Burghs. The hotel is great, but it's in a bit of wilderness food-wise so we booked the in house restaurant for ease. The food was stunning, the service was amazing and the the views fantastic. The sweetbreads with mushroom stew and toast... More

Business dinner. Restaurant is medium-high quality, but slightly expensive. It is compensated by the outstanding views you can observe at sunset from the 30th floor in the 4TBA in Madrid

When we walked in at half 8 to find the restaurant completely empty, I was sceptical. We were greeted and seated near the window, so had a wonderful view across the whole of Madrid. We were given a goats cheese amuse-bouche to start - lovely. Some items on the menu were a little odd, but I ordered the chipotle pork... More

Excellent restaurant, perfect service. The restaurant is on the 30th floor of the high skyscraper. The food is of the highest quality, very quick service. Panoramic view adds romantic feature for your dinner. The restaurant deserves the best feedback!

I used to come here very often and stopped for a while. My return after ~2 years was somewhat disappointing. Quality has gone remarkably down. Same time price has gone through the roof. Service is still exquisite and views are still amazing but value for money is just not worth it. There is an endless list of places in Madrid... More

This is nouvelle cuisine, spanish style. For the portions might have been a bit bigger, ....lucky I was not very hungry. The quality was very good and refined.

Description
In our exclusive, scenic restaurant, Volvoreta, you can savour the top Mediterranean cuisine with signature touches as you enjoy spectacular views over the mountains of Madrid. Located on the 30th floor, since it opened it has become a gourmet benchmark in Madrid. Its name, which means 'butterfly' in Galician, pays tribute to the red butterflies that flutter over the ceiling of the restaurant in the work of artist Nina Boy (Xavi Muñoz), made up of two large canvases suspended at each end of the restaurant. Hundreds of red frosted butterflies seem to be travelling from one panel to the other, flying over much of the hall and conferring a touch of colour to the restaurant's elegant decor. Its gourmet cuisine combines traditional cooking using seasonal products and is accompanied by a painstakingly chosen wine list that includes the leading Spanish appellations of origin and prominent international labels.
