This is a very small establishment. Don't be put off by first impressions!! The ground floor appears to cater for the more casual tapas style diners, the small upstairs area (where we were) appears to be reserved for more formal dining. For a "large group" of our size (7 on the night) our hosts recommendation we opted for the €35... More

We were two couples celebrating our completion of the Camino. We made an early reservation. The place opens at 2030 and We were the first to arrive. We were seated upstairs. Attractive smallish room. Stone walls, wood floors and nice lighting. Sadly shortly after we arrived a loud obnoxious group of 7 (mostly American) sat at the next table. Way... More

This is by far one of the best priced gastronomic experiences in Spain. This small restaurant is incomparable in quality, selections, and service. We initially ate here 2 years ago and the excellence, if anything, has improved. Order small portions and divide them, that way you get the best experience.

I went here excited because of the reviews. I felt like I was at a different place than the reviews. Although they were generally pretty friendly, the first thing I was told (at 8:40) was that they needed the table back by 10:30 for the next seating. Fine by me. The restaurant was only half full anyways. I ordered wine,... More

We chose this place for lunch and were not disappointed. There is a dining room on the second floor with three tables set for four people. Our waiter was seriously attentive and informative about the menu. The wine suggestions were excellent and each menu item was attractively presented. I would rank our selections (which we shared among the four of... More

I went to this restaurant which was recommended by our hotel. I had the langoustine appetizer which was cooked perfectly, not overcooked. Then the fried artichokes which were also very good. The wine selection was appropriate. The kitchen staff was very friendly as were the waiters.

We went for lunch and had a delicious experience. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I had the prawns and a lamb dish - both of which were amazing. My husband ordered from the menu of the day and enjoyed every morsel.

I just arrived in Santiago and was looking for place for dinner after having explored the town somewhat. Going TripAdvisor I saw this restaurant was near where I was staying. I walked in at the early hour of 8:30 PM so I was seated right away and without reservations. The staff that greeted me were friendly and then the waiter... More
