Low-key, unpretentious, but with great self-service pinxos and delicious hot dishes. Very friendly service, and reasonable prices. Hake Donostia style and asparagus with romesco sauce were real standouts, as were the chicken and quail escabetx on the pinxo counter.

Loved this restaurant. You have a choice when you come in - tapas or main restaurant. We went for the tapas - it's self-service and each is about 1.50 euros. They just total up how many you've had at the end. It was delicious with a good choice of tapas. The waiter was also really nice and explained the difference... More

Althoug in Girona try the north of Spain cuisine. From cod to beef with very good wines. Far from nouvelle cuisine. Enjoy a la carta or menu for lunch or dinner. Then take a walk before you go to sleep.

Large selection of cold and hot tapas. Apparently many locals came in for the buffet, so it must be assumed that the place is known to be good. The personnel was very friendly and we would definitely visit the restaurant again. Price was good also!

Authentic, great tapas, good beverages and the most friendly staff. We wound up here based on a recommendation from our AirBnB host on our first night in Spain after being up for more than 29 hours getting from Seattle to here. Wonderful classic tapas with a wide variety of fish, meat, green olives (perhaps the best I have ever has,... More

We ate here on the advice of our hosts at the B&B. They have a great selection of both hot and cold tapas which are a very reasonably priced and all very fresh. The waitress was very nice and helpful. She spoke English very well. They have a nice variety of fish, meats, cheeses, olives, and mini-desserts. Our bill for... More
