We started with a Spicy Mai Tai cocktail at The Academy - than when our table was ready, we went through to the Speakeasy where we had a great meal. Service was excellent and the food was perfect. After the meal, they managed to find...More

We ate at the restaurant, Speakeasy, behind the bar. You need a password to get in the restaurant, knock on the door, I loved that you walk through the kitchen to get to the restaurant. The decor was like an eclectic warehouse, I especially loved...More

I would definetely recommend the fox trot, a unique and refreshing cocktail made with gin and lime. This drink can only be found in Dry Martini. The steak tartar was amazing!

Channeling the American Prohibition Era, Speakeasy in Barcelona pairs cocktails with a gastronomic menu that references the roaring ’20’s. Each dish is inspired by a cocktail, and the restaurant brings a vibe of mysterious privacy to the public, combining the quiet refinement of traditional speakeasies...More

An interesting idea, badly implemented. Food and cocktail quality definitely poor compared with prices. Not to be repeated.

It always feels a little strange to be the only occupied table in a restaurant, and it takes something away from the experience. Being completely hidden from the street has its drawbacks, I guess; they give the diners a feeling of exclusivity but they lose...More

Ate here as part of a big group. Food courses were delicious. Lamb was particularly yummy! Considering the size of our party the service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

Had great food at a high but acceptable rate. The service was good. Location awesome. Very cool that it is as in the old days when liquor was forbidden.

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you
enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally
translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes
recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant
atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district,
Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end
international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the
glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best

Speakeasy Clandestine Back Room Restaurant is an emblematic space that became the first venue establishing a new concept by using a password to acces. Hidden in the former Dry Martini warehouse, clandestine restaurant Speakeasy recreates a gastronomic space remembering the popular clandestine establishments that characterized Chicago and New York's society during the Prohibition in the USA in the twenties. A place where mystery and anonymity are synonym to luxury. A spot where privacy is public , the basic is classic and the classic is definitely modern. Unique Food&Cocktail Pairing Menu of Speakeasy where the creation of the dish is inspired by the cocktail to enjoy a different gastronomic experience at midday or at night.
