My family and I enjoyed our lunch here. For a price of €19.50 we received a three course meal. Many traditional Spanish dishes on the menu with great flavor. The only issue was small portions.

Very traditional atmosphere, but amazing food. Good sized portions, not expensive. Their lunch set menus are especially good value.

La yaya Amelia doesn't have the same fabulous ambiance of other Barcelona restaurants, but don't let the stop you. It was AMAZING. The wine was excellent. We got everything that Manolo suggested and it was our best meal. The speed in which items were delivered was also incredible. We lingered and enjoyed the wine, but if we didn't it would... More

We had the 3 course €20 menu with house wine. Raviolis de foie, salmon tartare, duck confit, smoked, marinated salmon from the oven, panacotta and Tiramisu as desert. AWESOME!

We were a group of 9 people with kids. We were installed in a room at the rear which was comfortable...it felt a bit like being at an old relative's We felt welcome and we were quickly served. The restaurant looks traditional and the food is definitely good. We took the 19 euros menu with a variety of dishes and... More

Fab little family run bistro serving delicious food with Mama overseeing the proceedings. We started with her honed cannelloni which was superb followed by a superbly cooked steak, mine with a mushroom sauce fortunately served on the side as requested as the dairy foods in Spain a bit sterilized and have a weird taste for my palate, but the rest... We went on a very wet night and just wanted somewhere close to the hotel to get something for dinner. We both had the set menu, but different things. I had the cannelloni which was awesome, brilliant beef & mushrooms stew and 3 cheeses that I'd never tried before for dessert. Hubby had the goats cheese salad, salt cod with... More

I found this restaurant while staying in an apartment in this very safe, lovely neighborhood. The first time I went, I was with 12 family members, and despite arriving very late, as in 10:30 pm,-11:00 pm, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We were offered a private room in the back of the small restaurant. We chose our meal... More

Great place for lunch had so many choices if you want to eat light to a heavy more substantial meal. Best dessert on our long trip in northern Spain I had the wild strawberries with grand marnier, it had a creamy consistency warmed over the strawberries. Lot's of dessert choices and being gluten free there was a lot to choose... More

Excellent true local food. We live close to it and go from time to time. Traditional, with lot of respect to the raw materials. The menu is excellent. My children love it too.
