My wife and I stayed in NH Hotel Barcelona Centro for four days and ate here twice. They were always busy but tables turn over quickly. Best bet is outside so you can watch people on the square. Singing groups, musicians etc. Staff were friendly and efficient. We mostly ate pintxos, which were just tapas with bread on the bottom.... More

Right on the square in front of Barcelona cathedral with a small terrace. The premise is simple- grab a table and pass through the bar to select your pintxos. A waiter will take your drinks order. Just put your skewers into the pot on the table and they bill you €2 per stick. Don't really understand the complaints about the... More

In the plaza near the cathedral. We had their paella which was excellent although wish it had more than 4 shrimp instead of so much rice. The service was average and pricing was ok but there are other places where you can get better food for same pricing. Wish we had tried the tapas

We sat down at this restaurant, since ist had a good reputation on TripAdvisor... The personal was very unfriendly, they just put our sangria on the table and walked away. It was 50% sangria, the rest was ICE! Also, if you dont like fish, this restaurant only offers you potatoes as a fish-less dish. After all we overpaid a half... More

Výborné tapas, skvelé pivo a milá obsluha. Treba prísť skôr, lebo potom už čakáte na usadenie (nám sa zadarilo :) ). Sedí sa trochu natesno, ale v princípe to nevadí. Great tapas, good beer and nice service. Come early or you will have to wait (we were lucky :) ). Sitting is closer to other tables, but I didn't mind.

Skip the tables and walk up to the tapas bar. Pick what you like, eat it but save the wood skewers. That's how they charge you. 5 euro for 3 items ( I think). Close to the Barcelona cathedral. Just do it.

My wife and I ate at Bilboa Berria on April 15/17. It was our first experience eating tapas in Spain. The bar is relatively simple but the selection seemed quite varied, and the staff very helpful to someone new at tapas dining. Diners pick and plate the items they like from a buffet-like display and are charged by the large... More

I could have eaten here every day with such a large offering of tapas from which to choose. We were lucky to find this treasure on our first day out and about in Barcelona!

This is Barcelona ... you can find amazing pintxos at every turn. But not on this street corner. Bland, tasteless, a real disappointment. Poor selection compared to other places we've stumbled upon, and we went here specifically so totally disappointed, we were all set to settle in for our final evening, we left after we could down our wine. Would... More

Good Morning, We regret that your visit to our restaurant located in the Cathedral Square has not been satisfactory. We are surprised by his comment since the product in our restaurants is something very important and worked with care. In addition we have more than 30 types of pintxos, both cold and hot, so your comment does not fit with... More

We stumbled in here after a long afternoon of walking/exploring and had a lovely lunch. We ended up visiting again on our last day there too as it was such good food and so cheap! Less than €2 a dish. The service is a little hectic but that's because they are rammed! Essentially, you wait to be seated and then... More
