This was our least favorite restaurant in the Placa Reial. The seafood paella had almost no seafood and was some kind of short noodles, not rice. The tapas were very ordinary - we had meatballs (blah), octopus salad (so-so) and patatas bravas (pretty good). Try the other restaurants in this Plaza - they are much better.

So.... this place sucked. It's in a square in the Las Ramblas area. We walked around the square to check out the different menus. We came to this place and went to get a table. The two older gentleman manning the patio entrance clearly said something about us(me and my fiancee').. that's ok because we don't know what they said... More

I had 1to disagree with some people on the view that tobogan doesnt serve nice food. The food wasnt bad AT ALL. I guess its because we made sure to order all Spanish dish. Tapas: meatballs/ croquettes/ Spanish omelette Vegetables soup and black ink paella for the 2 of us. We thought the black ink paella wasnt tasty enough but... More

I didn't really like the taste of the food especially the paella. And we waited along time to get our dishes. But I like the atmosphere and I was enjoying the weather.

Friday night, very crowded but not full. Long wait for a seat and longer wait to order, longest wait for food. We got the 3/4 ltr house wine and the seafood paella. Both were good but nothing to brag about. The waiter was not very friendly but did an ok job.

There were four of us, and on the first day 3 of us enjoyed our Paella but my daughters spaghetti wasn't cooked. As the other meals were OK and the location was interesting, we visited again and on the second visit my pizza wasn't cooked well and we decided that it was best to order their Spanish food if you... The Tapas was awful, would not recommend this place. Paella was still ok. The grilled prawn were smelly and the service was verrryyyyy slow.

After a lovely 4 nights in Barcelona and eating really delicious food in many different places, we made the mistake of coming here on our last night. The restaurant was really busy which I thought would be a good sign but unfortunately not. It was a spur of the moment decision & I made the mistake of not checking tripadvisor.... More

This is the WORST place I have ever been. Firstly we ordered drinks which took 15 minutes to come. The waiter then split my glass of sangria never even apologised and didn't offer me another one. We then waited over 45 minutes for the food. Three dishes arrived then one of our friends dishes arrived and it was the wrong... More
