Fantastic tapas and a rich selection of wines! Definitely a very popular place. We came on Thursday around 9:30pm and it was all packed, but we managed to get bar seats. Good service. I'd say mid price range category. I'd definitively want to come back!

This is superb. Really good service and the Tapas are superb. You should book. And ask for a table / place away from the door as it's really busy.

The food is amazing, the ambiance is full of life and the food is unique. If you go to Barcelona you have to try it but it is expensive.

Incredibly busy; booking essential really. Excellent fresh tapas. Place was full of locals with a smattering of tourists. When I say busy, I mean busy... Packed!! Queuing necessary even if you have a booking as organising this place must be tough... As some have said, service can be slowish sometimes but the food and the buzz more than make up... More

This place was recommended by a friend and what a recommendation! We sat at the bar and we were quickly greeted by our waiter and he asked us what we liked - he suggested dishes like vegetable tempura, stewed octopus, cuttlefish and spicy meatballs! The food was superb and the theatre of watching the waiters at work and seeing how... More

One of my favourite places in the city. Great fan of eating in the bar, it helps yo interact better with the waiters. The raw material is soooo good. The red prawns are the best ever! The artichockes are a must in this place. Very nice wine list according yo the food. The staff is very nice, and even thought... More

By far the best restaurant I visited in Barcelona. Upmarket tapas bar with exquisite food and top quality wines. Strongly recommend the fresh tuna with apple vinaigrette and teriyaki....amazing.....and for desert do not miss out on the Montadito de Madagascar!! Sit at the bar and enjoy the buzzy atmosphere. Staff are attentive and very helpful

Funny enough I went here on my first week in barcelona and it was by far the best tapas I've ever had. Magnificent. Book before hand as they're quite busy.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
