The food is very good and comparing to the prize excellent! The young staff tries to help you. Well it is not 100% but I like this concept of learning during serving. I really enjoyed the dinner. Thank you. The apple sorbet was lovely.

We found this place in rough guide and wow , what a gem , its a school for budding restaurant workers , chefs , waiters etc , but dont let that put you off , the food is top notch as is the service and the big bonus is the price , you wont get food of this standard anywhere... More

Was here in October and went back with a few friends in November and it was as amazing as last time. The food is really special, the wine is very good, and you can tell that they are doing all they can to make this a great experience. It's also very cheap!

Thank goodness my Catalan is not great. If I had realized it was a culinary school I probably wouldn't have gone. But was I surprised! Great value for fantastic food. It was a wonderful experience and the students were so polite and attentive. They did a great job preparing, presenting, and serving the food. Highly recommend this restaurant, and supporting... We ate in the training school restaurant upstairs. It was fantastic. The choice on the menu had something for everyone and the portions were generous. We had a glass of Cava to welcome us and had a couple of bottles of wine and water for the table. The price was exceptional value for the meal we had. I will definately... More

Had dinner here this evening with 5 friends and I just couldn't wait to post my review. This place is incredible! The food is of high quality, extremely well presented, and the dishes are very innovative.

I was invited there with some colleagues and it was really a wonderful gustatory experience. Far away from the habitual tapas and fish food, we enjoyed there the original taste of each ingredient. Friendly and quick service too. Go there also if the location far from the center in a suburb makes it less easy accessible.

This is a true gem as it offers the experience of fine dining for a great price. Lovely food and it was truly interesting to observe how the trainees behaved while serving us. Definitely recommended!

My husband and I went to L'escola for lunch before leaving Barcelona to go home. What a perfect ending to our great time here! The students were fabulous and went out of their way to speak English and help us understand the menu. They started us off with a complimentary glass of Cava and a delicious appetizer complements of the... More

The previous reviews were very good so we thought we would try, but it was a disappointment, the food was oily, under seasoned, under cooked and lukewarm. However the staff were lovely and very attentive , service was good although English was limited . I assume we were just unlucky - it is a catering school and everyone has to... More
