La Paradeta is a seafood lovers dream! We arrived "early" for Spanish time dinner and there was a line, which got progressively longer! The array of fresh seafood cooked to order was outstanding--fresh oysters, razor clams, berberechos, mussels, monk fish, lobster, and crab and more!...More

This is one of the best of Gaudi's designs with numerous sculptued pieces on the rooftop. It's one of the most visited places in Barcelona. Avoid the queues and book advance tickets at the Tourist Information. 16.50 euro's this year

They have many varieties of fish, not just shellfish, but I would strongly advise going early and even queue before it opens to be sure of the best selection as once it's gone, it's gone!
