Where do I start.. We ordered 1 paella, 2 drinks and a starter of 'Calamari' Paella - SUPER SUPER DRY! Gandy's flip flop kind of dry. 2 Daquiri's - When they arrived they were actually Margarita's and instead of having sugar around them.. They had SALT and LOADS AND LOADS of SALT in the drink. I love salt and have... More

Visiting Barcelona for a weekend break is great but the morning after a big night needs a certain kind of food. That's where via70 comes to the rescue! I still don't know why their Bacon is so good but it really is.

The restaurant provided the breakfast for the neighboring hotel. Being a hotel guest we had a choice of six breakfast specials. Our food always arrived quickly. The service was not great, but it was not bad, much like the quality of the food. If you want a quick decent breakfast at a reasonable price this is the place--get in, eat,... More

The place looks good, and its lication is perfect, but the pros end there. Staff is notpolite, and seem to not care much about the clients. The food was also lacking. We were both disapointed by what we got compared to what was shown when ordering. Ir's the first time I leave half a peperoni pizza un-eaten as it was... More

After a pleasant lunch the whole experience was just ruined with awful customer service. After asking for the bill for 30 minutes and 4 times, I got up and decided to offer what I thought I owed. They wouldn't show me the bill accused me of not paying and went off, 5 minutes later, after me continually asking for a... More

Went for breakfast and sat inside as we didn't think it was warm enough outside. No staff welcomed us or brought us menus, had to get them ourselves. The lady took our order and food was quick to come out. When we'd finished, we were clearly done and waiting for the bill, however, no one removed our plates or came... More

This place is located in centre of La Rambla. We were walking around the neighbourhood and found this restaurant. We decide to get some quick bite. Ordered mixed paella with Sangria and beer. The service was very good and off course the paella was really enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend this place for perfect lunch nearby La Rambla.

Our party of twelve sat in the outside area on Las Ramblas. We were all looking for a pizza and did see they were 15 euros before we sat down. It's difficult to find space for a large party so we stayed. Oooooh what a big mistake. Dreadfully rude waiter, low quality supermarket quality pizzas, 25 yes 25 euros for... More

Went here due to the offer displayed in front of the restaurant on the menus and because of the very pushy man outside. Seemed to be the only one who spoke good English. We went in due to the offer of 2 tapas and a main meal for €12.90. Once we were inside that menu wasn't given to us, and... More

Staying in La Rambla

Neighbourhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-metre boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetising selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
