The first time I went to Tickets, I was underwhelmed by both the service and the food. Dishes weren't very creative and the famous olives didn't excite me. It was also noteworthy how empty the restaurant was, which was shocking considering how complicated making reservations...are. When I returned to Tickets for a second time, it was against my advice that my friend still desired to go. This time was even more disappointing than the first with dinner service being rushed and feeling forced to try dishes we didn't desire. Additionally, they charged my friend's card for the "missed reservation" - even though we were there but used my credit card instead. After repeated emails explaining the issue and attaching a receipt weren't replied to, she disputed the charge on her credit card (which they fought). Both visits left me a little disappointed and feeling like this was more of a touristy gimmick than being truly about the food. Maybe my expectations were too high since I frequent starred establishments, but there's better food experiences Barcelona.More

Everything amazing, outstanding, and incredible that you’ve heard is true and it’s even better than described. A true experience that you will never forget and worth every penny. Go for the kitchen’s menu and pairing. Just.the.best.

We made our reservation two months in advance and eagerly waited to experience Tickets while we were in Barcelona. The restaurant exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was both beautiful and delicious. The atmosphere was fun. The highlight of the...evening was when Chef Albert Adria came to the open kitchen right in front of us and we were able to see the master chef in action. Dessert in another room was a wonderful surprise. This was truly an unforgettable evening.More

23 courses and everyone of them was tantalising the tastebuds. The selection of food, the attention to details and the service was outstanding. I can still taste the explosion of olive, the sweetness of the squid and crab, the melt in the mouth salty gorgeousness...of the wagyu beef and the umami sashimi truffle with vinegar. The atmosphere of tickets is relaxed and honest, you feel at ease and ready for fun. Just make sure that you have 3-4 hours for dinner 😉 the wine selection was delicious and the desserts were a perfect end to a perfect evening. Thank you to the incredible team of chefs.More

A group of four of us visited Tickets in September and had high hopes that thankfully were entirely with merit! We had exceptional service throughout and were basically given a guided tour of evertyhing Tickets had to offer by our brilliant waiting team. We asked...to be given everything that made Tickets what it was and they did exactly that. Some of the dishes weren't to everyones taste, but that's not to say they were bad, they just didn't resonate with some of the diners. We also asked for the same treatment with the wine and again we were led on a wonderful journey through some great wines of Spain and beyond. Once the savoury dishes are complete you#re taken through to the Willy Wonkeresque sweet dining area where the cullinary treats continue. Overall the experience was exceptional from start to finish, if you're a foodie, you're in for a treat in this place, definitely give it a go!!More

About 1/3 of our dishes were amazing (the octopus, the fillet, and the cheesecake), but unfortunately the rest were quite unimpressive. Honestly, from a restaurant in this league we expected most preparations to be exciting, and that was clearly not the case. The service was...nice and friendly, but lacked some attention to details (like taking our jackets at the entrance, or serving ladies first).More
