This little restaurant tucked deep in the Gothic Quarter was quaint and the food was wonderful. Very fun find.

We understood we would have to wait for a table, that was fine, but there literally is nowhere to stand so be warned. Its is very cosy and tiny inside which does add to the charm. We ordered a jug of Sangria (around 20 euros) which we found to be expensive considering it had no flavour, was mostly ice and... More

A great little tapas bar, La Alcoba Azul does a perfect job of creating an authentic, intimate experience whilst also being very accessible to non-Catalan or Spanish speakers. The staff here were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've come across in Barcelona. Finally, the food was fantastic, ranging from tapas to meat or cheese plates and delicious tiaras.

This restaurant has a lovely ambiance, really friendly staff, and the food is delicious. You wouldn't know it if you look at it from the road. Would definitely recommend it.

Food is absolutely honest and good. Nice flavours and friendly staff... be aware not to pass it. The facade is just two meters wide but entering is the best you can do

We stumbled in on a rainy day for a drink. With the drink, we got a free tap. The taste of that free bite was AMAZING, so we ordered another round. We came back three more times for drinks before we decided to have dinner. This ended up being one of our favorite dinners in Barcelona. Everything on the menu... More

Great place for tapas, wines and beers. Service is great and quite helpful. Excellent food variety and local beers to taste. You may need to wait a bit as they do not accept bookings but still it won't be more than 15min.

All the pleasures of eating in one place! We had the stuffed red peppers (stuffed with cheese and mixed with a side of jam), lobo, jamon, and the chicken caesar on toast. On the house was the tuna on toast... lovely. Amazing experience over a bottle of red wine. A hole in the wall, but worth the visit!
