Had a work dinner yesterday night. Never been there before although I heard and read some good reviews. To summarize, the food was excellent, the wine from Montsant area that we chose was the finest and the treatment from the staff was superb. We had a great experience and I think that price wise for quality in general is more... More

Whatever other's complaints are about this place we really liked everything about it: the food, the service, and the atmosphere. A lovely dinner, including a bottle of pretty good wine and tip, cost us less than 100 Euros - the 29 Euro fixed menu is a bargain.

Definitely nothing like Berasategui's restaurant in Lasarte Oria. Of course the former has 3 Michelin stars but this restaurant could have done better.

Horrible first experience in Barcelona. The crew is running around serving everyone and not giving any attention. Ask for the silverware, ask for the menu, ask for the wine, ask for any attention. Problem must management. Pricey and bad service. Food just good.

Ate here while staying as a guest of the hotel. The appetizer of Iberian ham, cheese and tomato bread was excellant, the little potatoes wtih different sauces was good as well. Great wine, reasonably priced and service was excellent.

By chance we decided to go and eat here. What a pleasure and good choice it turned out to be! Such friendly staff and the food was so good! We definitely would recommend this!

Walked in just after they closed for the morning. Hostess very graciously invited us in and served us. Very good coffee and typical breakfast options. The orange juice was delightful. But the standout was the warm welcome and service after hours. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. He order the Menu "Martin degustación with Maridaje". The food was excelent and the wines pairing with it, made the experience to be perfect! The waiter was explaining the food and serving wine/cava all the time, which is not common in other restaurants. The lamb was fantastic, I don't like... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
