Place is ideal: cosy, beautifully decorated, off the turist trail. Recommended by a local friend, we had a superb night. Genuine and succulent food with inventive touch, excellent wines along with a highly appreciated quiet atmosphere. Affordable prices for such quality.Juan Carlos treated us wonderfully. We already went back a couple of times.

There was a really nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff were extra friendly and helpful. We had 4 half portions, a bottle of wine and desert and paid 60 euros. We were both happy with the food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful place, attentive staff, great food (I loved the pork cheeks in chocolate sauce). Simply commendable.

Stopped for lunch and were greeted with friendly enthusiasm. English is spoken, so you can get help with the menu. Delicious salad with beef. Very affordable.

We have been in Barcelona and the region for 10 days, enjoying the respite from our wacky U.S. Elections. Had dinner tonight for the second time at Ferrum's. We have had many great meals but this in the only restaurant we visited a second time. Carlos and the staff are great. First visit they had a huge office party and... More

We (family of 4) received a friendly welcome. We had some starters and mains, some of which were very good (grilled octopus and duck), some pretty bland (turbot). As deserts we had chocolate cream and a cheese platter. The chocolate cream was excellent but the cheese selection rather poor, only 1 out of 4 cheeses was spanish. Overall a mixed... More

We ate here twice during our 4 night stay, on our first and last night. It was recommended by our Airbnb host. On both occasions the food was excellent. First occasion we had half portion of fish and half portion of meat, second time we added desserts. Lovely grilled hake, grilled octopus, squid, beef tenderloin and lamb, and desserts were... More

Fabulous food - get the Octopus. Fantastic service. Interesting dishes that are perfect for sharing. Try the chocolate foam for dessert! Yum!

This is a popular restaurant which offers either a set lunch or a la carte menu. It is inexpensive and has an informal feel. The service is quick and friendly

As soon as I entered , everyone was so welcoming and warm . The ambience was so quaint and I felt back in the gothic meets modern setting 😝. The service was on point, the waiters spoke both English and Spanish 😎. The presentation and taste of the food , was great . It was not expensive . On certain... More

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
