Very original dishes, all delicious and well thought out, exceptional value for money considering the quality of the cuisine. We went for the “short” tasting menu which was more than enough food. Book early, there are very few tables. Excellent and attentive service. Well deserved...More

If you are up for a treat and a well thought gastronomical performance in 9 or 12 acts, depending on the set of your choice, this is the place. Stage is cosy, actors are client-oriented and professional. Specially designed plates to match each course and...More

Salamanca is synonymous with delicious heavy, very heavy and traditional dishes. Well if you want something different, creative, almost provocative try this restaurant. Walking in and seeing the tables and decoration already tells you that you are in for something different. Cosy and dimly lit....More

Talking about Victor Gutierrez Restaurant in Salamanca, it does not matters much to define to what extent it offers cuisine of peruvian or spanish character: the quality and the technique are at very high level, and if in some cases you recognize flavours from a...More

This is the second time we have been to this restaurant and I can say that it did not fail our expectations. We had the 8 course meal vs the 16 and it’s definitely more than enough. All the dishes were a delight for the...More

Of course you have a good meal, but feels pricey for what you get. Staff was slightly arrogant for our taste, should be aware about it

Thank you Víctor, this was one of the best dinner we ever had, better than some of the S.Pellegrino top 50 we've been to. Certainly the best in Salamanca. It is not really a fusion of Peruvian and local cuisine, it is more like an...More

I don't want to complain, merely to ensure that others are not caught unawares as we were. Our dislike for this expensive and much-praised restaurant was our own fault arising from poor research. The key to enjoying this restaurant is to desire the strong Peruvian...More

This 1 star Michelin restaurant must be close to achieving 2 stars. We had the 65 euro + tax meal and enjoyed every dish. Our tastebuds went into "over drive" each time we tasted a new dish. The presentation was also inventive but "not over...More

We opted for the short menu and each plate was an absolute treat - fabulously combined, intense flavours. The restaurant itself is very pleasant, lots of room between tables, service was perfect and the amount of food served was ideal. Well worth the money.
