We enjoyed the tasteful dishes a lot. Filet El Padrino's great. One of the best restaurants in Puerto de la Cruz. We love it!

had lovely meal in different surroundings. Its like a cellar inside.very well done.the staff very friendly.meals good value.excellent menu choice. What a pity that the only wine you could get was house wine, which was like vinegar.with a good glass of wine would have been excellent.

Have eaten here on previous holidays and twice this time. Really friendly service and good food. The tomato soup is fab! The fish and steak dishes are always good. There is seating in and outside with a good ambiance!

We live on Tenerife and often go out to eat, especially when we have visitors. One restaurant we always take our visitors to is El Padrino. This family run restaurant offers superb meals, the menu has something for everyone, in fact the choice is so good we have trouble choosing as it's all so good. The service is friendly and... More

That good went there twice... had garlic mushrooms, fresh out of the oven and lots of garlic and prawn cocktail the nicest prawns I have ever eaten, the stroganoff is delicious as was the steak dish with veg & potatoes. All washed down with a very nice jug of sangria. We left very full and happy. Wish we lived here... More

The place has been refurbished but pity they left the old benches and ceiling. Food is good but anything I have had with a sauce is too salty for my taste and compared to what is available in town value is only average. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have now opened another place in la Paz. Menu... More

Great choice of dishes on the menu. The steaks were a really good size with generous portions of sauce. Recommend the beef stroganoff, very tasty and good portion size. Good service and helpful waitress. Really enjoyed it and would certainly visit again. 😀

With a name like El Padrino, my husband and I were expecting a Canarian restaurant - or at least some local main dishes - or staff - or patrons. But at this place, pretty much everything (apart from the starters) is German. The food itself was ok-ish - my husband enjoyed his garlic prawns starter, though the garlic pieces had... More

One of the best restaurants in Puerto de la Cruz. The bearnaise sauce is very tasteful. The service is helpful and friendly. For sure I will come back.
