After reading the reviews thought we would have to go on a Sunday afternoon. The pub was packed,, the Sunday lunch was great, the beer cold and the jazz band NICE.

Food on the whole was good. Service gets quite busy. Sunday lunch was very nice. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad that came with peppers, onions, cucumber and tomato, and no bacon or Parmesan, so probably good to avoid this option.

Very slow on the take up. Gins limited, and beer only 2 running. Was dark and bleak. Would not want to stay for more than 1 drink. Wants brightening up.
