Marc Fosh, the wellknown chef in Palma de Mallorca, run three restaurants ( SimplyFosh, MISA and Tasca de Blanquerna ) with excellent food, reasonable prices and superb service. On of the best restaurants for me in Palma is SimplyFosh!

All the Fosh Food locations in Palma (about 4?) are excellent. Mark Fosh has brought a trendy East London twist to Majorcan and International cuisine. seek out jaime (overall manager) He's one of the best Maitre D's/Managers/hosts in Palma.

Marc fish is truly an exceptional chef. The food here will always be exquisite but be warned about the price of the drinks. It may not bother you but just beware.
