One of the best meals we've had in the Basque Country, and we've been to several Michelin star restaurants in the region. Great service, incredible food and reasonable price. Similar to Zuberoa, but better.
It is a little way from the centre but the 8 euro taxi trip is well worth it, as the food is exquisite, and is served by total professionals. However, you should book at lunch times as it is very popular.

I have dined at Illarra three times, and each time has been fantastic. The dishes/food are excellent, service excellent, and very nice atmosphere. The grilled rodaballo (turbot?) is my favorite.
