This is a great place to eat in Zaragoza. There are only two set menus, no a la carte. We had the 59 euro menu which starts in the cellar with jamon and other tapas. The jamon is the best we have ever tasted and we have eaten jamon in Spain hundreds of times and dozens of times in Spanish... More

Spent two nights in the lovely city of Zaragoza and ended up at this restaurant/gourmet shop both nights for tapas and wine! The places is multifaceted, with a gourmet restaurant upstairs, an outdoor seating area, a small shop selling delicacies like cured meats, pickles, sweets, etc., a large wine/liquor store, and tables in the front of the store overlooking the... We was invited to Montal buy some business colleges. First we entered in to the store where they served tapes and wine. Then we went upstairs to the private arias for a superb dinner.

We stumbled upon this cafe/wine shop and stayed for a couple of hours. Very little English was spoken but we still managed to order a great selection of cheeses and jamon. And their wine cellar out the back of the shop is amazing. A great place to watch the local way of life , with the local kids playing in... More

We stopped in at this treasure for a quick refreshment and stayed more than 2 hours! First it is more than a restaurant - they have a museum of artifacts from the area. We wandered upstairs to find a private party with yummy looking tapas being passed - we quickly excused ourselves and headed back downstairs & were seated at... More

It is a great option if you are in Zaragoza. The place is a great surprise as your first step into it is a great wine store with very options of wines and other kid of liquors. Restaurant is upstairs with a charm atmosphere. Food is delicious and don´t hesitate to eat the dessert.

We really enjoyed eating at this cafe on the terrace. The food and service were really good and the setting very nice. Typical Spanish food. Highly recommended. We enjoyed it so much we ate here twice, which we normally don't do on holiday.
