Super food. The sharing platter of cheese and meats was as expected super. Ho,e made pasta and pork delightful. We did order a medium steak which arrived rare however that was corrected in the blink of an eye. Fun surroundings and nicely busy.

All the dishes were excellent. Particularly loved the duck with rice and mushrooms, and the chocolate bread crumbs dessert. Great selection of local wines. Also very good for vegetarians; a couple of specific vegetarian dishes on the menu plus our host said they could prepare a plate based on any vegetables that we saw listed in meat dishes.

My husband rarely goes for fancy meals - much preferring a grubby tapas bar. I suggested conTenedor for our anniversary dinner, and between an eclectic menu, live jazz and incredible, abundant dishes - plus top-notch service - even he was impressed. If possible, make a reservation - the venue was full all night! Three plates, six beers and bread cost... More

Having attempted to have Saturday lunch here, they were full, we managed to get a reservation for Sunday evening...but at the bar. If you are offered this don't let that put you off. Three seats facing the kitchen and bar gives you a grandstand view of what's going on. Like many restaurants they didn't open until 2030, we were in... More

This is a place where the chef is definitely elevating the local food to something that is very unique. Every dish was wonderful and the service was fantastic. Our server took the time to translate every item on the menu (which changes daily).

Fuimos cuatro amigos por primera vez, porque nos lo habían recomendado, y a todos nos gustó muchísimo. Tomamos varios vinos, 4 platos para compartir y un par de postres, y todo nos encantó. El plato de tataky de ciervo nos sorprendió bastante :) (I visited conTenedor with three friends, for all of us it was our first visit. We liked... More

Great service. Serves one item at a time which is great for sharing and for a leisurely meal. Lovely ambiance. Admittedly expensive for Andalucia. Burrata salad, tallarines con gambas and pargo fideua were in point. Migas de cacao dessert was the best desert we've ever had anywhere in the world. Chocolate crumbs with a light ice cream and olive oil... More

I had found this restaurant through an article in the Sunday Times. The place is basic inside but the food was excellent both in quality and originality although expensive for the area. It was however a real treat for the taste buds. Had a comprehensive wind list. Very friendly and helpful staff provided good guidance and service. It seems to... More

Most of the reviews cover this place very well already. Service was very good, even though we arrived to the restaurant late. The waitress went through the menu (which is on a board and changes often) in English, a lot of options so hope you don't have poor memory :) If you like your beers, go for the artisan beer... More
