We really enjoyed our visit to the El Gaucho Argentinian restaurant whilst at the Marina in Puerto Banus. My Wife was in the mood of a Burger, and when we ordered the Waiter said it is "a very large Burger", he wasn't wrong it was very large, so large I had to volunteer to help her finish it after I... We came here on our final night hoping for an excellent steak or grill and were not disappointed, It was great! Service was quick and attentive and the food was superb. We didn’t have wine so can’t comment however the mixed grill for two which me and my friend had was extrodinary. It had everything from juicy chicken, to steaks... More

The service is fine but waited a while for the food to arrive. The steak was very nice but not the best I have had in Spain. On the plus side great views of the harbour

Recently on a family break we are in the El Gaucho restaurant, and it was lovey. A kids menu with good prices of steak and usual fare, then an abundant list of steaks to choose from and sides. All cooked to our order and the food was fab. Good wine list. This is an Argentinian type restaurant and the staff... More

Lovely setting right in the centre of the port, great for boat and people watching! Friendly staff and delicious food. Huge child's portion, but so good, he ate the lot!

Argentinian steakhouse, just the best steak I have eaten, succulent and tasty and the best home made fries! The place was busy and bustling but the service was great! Would take guests here again, everyone was happy

El Gaucho is based right on the port, you can dine whilst admiring all the amazing Yachts and Cars. From the moment we walked in, the place had an amazing atmosphere and was constantly full to the brim of diners and parties coming in to enjoy the local food. The menu was very large and catered for everyone, in the... More

We had the Argentinian tenderliin, one rare, one medium. Both perfectly grilled. AS side dish we had the French friea and baked potatoe with 4 cheeses. Good food, would go back.

Food very good but service is a disaster, it needs leadership. They have irritating electronic order pads for the waiters and they don't work ! It took 20 mins to place our order. It's a pity as it has the potential to be very good, it needs a professional front of house manager.
