We arrived here on a Wednesday night at around 6.40pm only to be told that the kitchen didn't open until 7pm which seemed a little late for us. However, we sat down and ordered some drinks. The restaurant itself was pretty empty so no problems getting a table. Our food order was taken around 7.10pm. Whilst waiting, we were given... More

Really nice friendly family restaurant, lovely food and more fantastic views of Lake Vinuela. The steaks are awesome and fish is as good, make sure you try the onion rings!

This place does the best Pork Medallions I have ever had. So soft they literally drop apart in the plate. Very reasonably priced. We had tapas to begin with, 2 bottles of still water a bottle of white wine, 2 starters to share which were onion rings and black pudding (rice and onion) 3 pork medallion mains a cod loin... More

We found this restaurant following a recommendation from the owner of the villa we were renting in the area. It is a little off the beaten track but WoW it is definitely worth a visit - we only stayed 3 nights in the area and visited twice it was so good. The welcome is warm and the service is good,... Having eaten here in the past (two NYE parties) this is the place we bring friends to who are looking for a great steak. There were 6 in our party, two of whom had not eaten here before. They declared that it was the best steak they had ever had (and they have been to some of the best places).... More

Lovely location in los romanes. Overlooks lake Vinuela and has superb views of mount maroma. Recent changes gives open spacious terrace at the front with covered terrace to the side. Excellent menu for a la carte plus menu del dia. Fresh cooked food to suit all palates with international elements. Good attentive service. Only real problem is the general level... More

This is always my "go to" restaurant for a special meal and each year it gets better. In earlier years my only complaint was the quality of the accompanying vegetables, like a lot of Spanish restaurants this was low priority. Happy to say they are now the same excellent quality as the rest of the food. The steaks here are... More

Ate here twice while on holiday in the area, both times we had very good food, the owner and waiters were very attentive but not over bearing. They brought two liqueurs to our table once we had finished and these were free. I enjoyed the apple liqueur while my wife enjoyed the caramel one. I would suggest either getting there... More
