I haven't tried many places for breakfast in Malaga, but in my opinion this doesn't beat anyone, it's the best in the city. The activity is immense, it has all the premises to the right and left of the whole street, the staff is super organized and despite the high demand, they always make you sit right away and never get in trouble with the controls. Obviously the best thing is the churros with hot chocolate, a real goodness, but also the bocadillo with Serrano jamon and tomato and oil drove me crazy. It was all good of what we tried, also excellent zumo, that is the orange juice. Truly modest prices, churros are huge and cost 70 cents a piece. I believe that if you come to visit Malaga, this is a mandatory place to go.

Bar is always full, but do not let it mistaken you, because if you wait for like one minute some will leave for sure. We did not try that much, but yea churros and hot chocolate were very good. Personally, I am not a fan of churros, is just a fried dough, same as doughnut or langoš - just my opinion 🙂 Chocolate was thick and sweet, just as it should be. Service was faster than light and prices are good as well.

A fantastic experience for lovely coffee and delicious churros in the authentic Malaga style. There was a queue when we arrived but the waiters are totally on it, making sure people are seated and served swiftly. The wait is worth it. You may be seated outside or in one of the smaller rooms that belong to the establishment. It has true Spanish charm. We had 3 churros each, which was plenty, but we spotted people with their plates piled high and who can blame them. They are delicious. Highly recommended and we will go back!

In my life I have left a cup of chocolate undrinked until today. 80% sugar and 1% chocolate... Casa Aranda has abandoned the tradition of its recipes for lowering costs and amassing more money than good churros... this has been my last visit. I'll bet on places that respect the traditional recipe and serve me chocolate when I order that... and not pounds of sugar with thickener.

We stayed in this place by chance, because close to the street of our apartment. We were immediately struck by the fact that it was frequented by local people, thus stimulating our interest. The staff was very nice, sunny and helpful, and attentive to our requests. As Italians we asked for espresso and cappuccino: we were pleasantly surprised that the coffee was freshly ground. The coffee is very reminiscent of the Italian one although a little longer. We also returned the next morning. Between churros and boccadillos with ham, breakfast was a riot of flavors. It will remain in our memories...

Very full place, perhaps because Sunday morning, we were placed in a table of 2 but there were 4. The order taken by a kind and smiling waitress...churros, hot chocolate and orange juice. All arrived in a moment but the chocolate was unflavorable and the churros full of oil and fried worse. Really a disappointment x the high expectations we thought!!!

Bar cafeteria in the historic center that unfolds in various adjacent rooms to each other, indoors and outdoors and corner such away from which come out continuously churros, sandwiches and sandwiches. Dipping the churros in chocolate and coffee may immediately seem a bit 'anomalous, but they are delicious, as well as the chocolate that is served. Fast service made by a crowd of skilled waiters. That's nice.

There are 2 churreros. The one who makes the churros in the corner part that at the end of the narrow street there are only one or two tables, makes the churros, better impossible, perfect. You've been eating Aranda churros for many years and this corner churroro is thin, young. I think it's called Franci if I'm not mistaken, they can't be better. This gives prestige to the company in all aspects. I would like a manager to compare them with those they do in the other part that gives to the Atarazana market. There is in them, an important difference, of texture etc. They have an appreciable difference to bear in mind. I will always take them without a doubt, in the narrow street, Herrería del Rey The slim young churrero on the corner. Make the comparison of both churro and you can see the difference.

One of the must-see places on your itinerary in Malaga. Next door to the tie market. The churros charge them per unit, although they are batons more than churros and chocolate apart. Churros are not greasy at all, which is appreciated. All delicious.

This place is tucked away down a side street near the market. Lots of tables on both sides of the street. We read in a guide book that these are the best churros in Malaga & it wasn't wrong. BUT they're the weirdest ones I've ever had. They are salty not sweet & HUGE! Loved them anyway! The hot chocolate & coffee are also great. They were crazy busy both times we went there for breakfast so very very hard to attract the waiters' attention. But well worth the effort!

We arrived at a busy time, but managed to get a table very quickly with the help of one of the waiters. We had our small sized very good dog with us. We ordered a tostada and coffee and it was delivered very quickly to our table and the coffee was tasty and hot. We could see lots of people eating churros and decided on a very small sample as well! 🤩😱 I found them a little oily but very good taste.

First churros in Málaga. I thought you were naive. I entered the store anyway, with the suspicion that it was a good idea. Order churros and coffee. The churros are unseasoned and look like Taiwanese fried bread. Other customers ate coffee with milk and sugar while wearing churros. I tried it too, but it's better than no pickling, but it's a bit shoulder-scratching. Maybe they eat it with chocolate or something. I was a bit lacking, so I ordered a bread with only tomatoes, olive oil and salt, which I was addicted to in Granada. It looks and feels instant, but it tasted just fine. This could be done in Japan.

Well you know what they say "when in Spain...". You either like it or you you don't. Not for us. Churros don't seem to have any taste and the chocolate is undrinkable. That said, it was packed out and busy with everyone giving them a go. The floor around the cafe was covered in litter. No customer seemed to be interested in picking up their receipts. However, we would still recommend that you try this breakfast.

You can't leave Malaga without eating churro and if you do so go to Casa Aranda; they own the whole street. It's always crowded but not to worry, they have enough seats. We ordered their churros (3 per person is more than enough) with their wonderful hot chocolate and we loved it.

Amazing place....all the outside tables are usually taken minutes after opening but you can find indoor seating. The waiter chuckled when we asked for the menu with the response "churros and coffee!" :-) The churros are amazing both in their taste and the speed with which they arrive. Pretty good value compared to other churros we had.
