So, you would feel suspicious in eating right at the Mezquita, but this tortilla is worth the deal. You must try it. I regret I only had one piece!

First off, this place is the same as Casa Santos on TripAdvisor with a low ratings. I guess they became kind of "famous" of their huge tortillas and the location. But what I had was a very tiny slice of bland tortilla, sincerely one of the worst have ever tried!

It was our first time trying a potato tortilla and it is amazing. It is fluffy and tasty. The beer is refreshing. The taberna is small and the queue is rather long. However, the service is fast. It is nice to see many people seating on the raised platform opposite Bar Santos eating the tortilla.

As we generally do when we visit Cordoba, we had the usual tortilla and a beer sitting on the wall opposite, fantastic quality and value as always. If you have never tried the Santos experience, don't delay!

A small taberna that serves the local tortilla de patatas 'santos' that is a local comfort food. Busy at all times of day, expect to wait about 5 minutes inline to order. The wait is worth it for the aforementioned tortilla and the gazpacho. Grab some tapas with a drink and join the locals sitting at the wall of the... More

No question this is a must for one (or several) meal during your time in Córdoba. And as soon as you step through the door it will be obvious what you need to order, tortillas as huge as they are tasty. Best I've ever had.

Worth a quick snack visit, right next to the Mezquita. Delicious rather unusual tortilla, no real places to sit down, one or two tables. Unusual tortilla, again worth a try.

Both the guide book and someone we had been in contact with recommended us to go to bar santos, in particular for the tortilla. I was disappointed. The tortilla looks amazing it is shaped like a large Dutch cheese. I would even have preferred it if it had tasted like a Dutch cheese however. It was bland and on the... More

The Taberna Santos is a very popular bar facing the Mezquita. While there is little internal seating, there is none outside, other than the Mezquita step, facing. This, however, does not deter the predominantly younger clientele!
