Very nice restaurant in a great authentic location. Food is excellent - try the ox-tail. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to go there again.

We enjoyed the variety on the menu and ate here on two evenings as it was so close to our hotel. It was good being able to choose between tapas, medio raciones and raciones size dishes for most things on the menu. Everything we tried...was tasty and freshly cooked. Friendly service and although they happily catered for tourists with a translated menu we were the only ones and it felt like a local Spanish restaurant.More
We were wandering about on a beautiful night in Corboda trying to found a place with a full menu and a place to dine al fresco – not an easy chore in a pre-Covid 19 world. This out-of-the way spot had only 3 rickety high-tops...on a sloping cobble street but we were starved! While we had to negotiate the table throughout the meal, we had a delightful dining experience, sharing 3 tapas and a half-serving of media pechuga al limon. Three glasses of wine, a serving of bread, and a bill of 24 Euro. Deserves a visit!More
Terrible service, food never came to the table and no justification was given, inadmissible. We tried to speak with waiters and chef, same answers, none at all. They just do not care, did not justified at all why we waited for two hours and no...food ever came. after one hour kept saying it was on it's way, but then nothing, no food, no justification, and no solution... I do not understand How this restaurant is managed!More

Really good place to eat, it has atmosphere, good food and good prizes! They are selling traditional cousine.
My expectations of here were high and it did not live up to this. I thought it would be one of the more authentic places with perhaps a local following, I actually think it did have somewhat of a local clientele but I am not...sure why. I thought they used cheap ingredients and that the cooking skills were average, the prawns were rubbery and not at all appealing. Overall food was just very ordinary. I hope they get better.More
A little gem. Plenty of atmosphere, great food and sitting with the locals. Good value food. Would certainly recommend and visit again.
A friend from a local music store recommended the place. As we entered the restaurant, we instantly felt if had been a good choice, what a great atmosphere, you feel like in a typical patio. Also the food was served fast and very good. It...is Andalusian food here, and don't miss the local specialy in Cordoba, the Salmorejo. Nice!More
La Cazuela appears to be frequented by locals, spanish students and very few tourists. The cosy place offers well prepared tasteful but simple Andalusian dishes to very modest prices. Evenings and afternoons.
A lovely place to have tapas and drinks and certainly a traditional venue where all the locals go. Quite basic inside and bar area very busy with plenty of atmosphere. Good ok and quite reasonably priced. Only one toilet which seems to be the case...in a lot of Spanish restaurants.More
Enjoyed an evening here. We had just arrived on holiday so hadn't got into the later eating times so we were first people in this bar at 8pm. The one waiter soon became a team of waiters and the place filled up. Loved how Spanish...it is despite being very central. They gave us an English menu but the items were in a different order to the Spanish menu. The waiter had no English so between us we got a couple of tapas wrong in translating our order between menus. But it didn't matter. It was all tasty and everyone really happy and friendly.More
We were invited by local friends to this place. It is one of the most traditional restaurants in town. There one can eat appetizers for sharing as well as a few main courses. We decided for the appetizers considering that this way it is possible...to try several different options at the same time. Everything they have ordered for us was pretty good. Some were strict vegetarian and others were very meaty. Deserts are also good in case one has room for that at the end. The only disappointment came when we decided to order coffee. They simply do not serve coffee - period! Conclusion, we had to leave and go someplace else to ease our cravings.More
We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived around 1 and were the first people on the restaurant. By 2 it was packed. We chose the fried calamar, the seafood salad, the sirloin, and salmon on eggplant. Everything was excellent, flavorful and...distinctive. Even the fried food was light. It is a bit more expensive than some other places, not significantly so, but the food is better.More
Traditional taberna with excellent local food at reasonable prices. Wide assortment of wines. Excellent location in the city center between the townhall and "Plaza de la Corredera". You can book a salon to enjoy your own experience. It also organizes food events and courses (sushi,...food for kids, wine tasting, tapas contest...) although I have not personally attended as I live in Madrid. I place I like to go everytime I go to Córdoba. The place is accessible with wheelchairs (it has a lift to go the second floor where the salons are located). The owner, Pepe Salamanca, also owns another nearby business: "La Mantequería".More
