4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

had a great meal, pork cheeks, iberican ham, ox tail, 2 great deserts, BUT when we asked for brandy we got 2 glasses ( for 3 people) which ended up containing about half the bottle, we were smashed, and at 10 euros a glass thats kinda expensive for spain, it was a treat, but bit of a surprise, still had... For 4.50 euros, we got a fantastically juicy and tender mini hamburger (maybe 2 bites) and crispy chips (freshly fried, not the packeted kind). We had a tapas lunch so we had to sit in the 2nd floor. Not a problem at all to us, since at 1pm, we were the only customers (we enjoyed undivided attention from the staff).... More

Having wandered around Cordoba and had good meals in all the restaurants, this one was head and shoulders above them all. The welcoming sherry and bread was a change from the usual prepacked dry breads and olives of the other restaurants; the menu had a wide range of local dishes that we had not seen anywhere else and the staff... Overpriced, stand-offish service. It had been recommended to us so we went there our first night in town which happened to be our anniversary. The following days we chose restaurants on our own and had fantastic experiences.

We were recommended this restaurant by our Airbnb host and so glad we went! It was such an enjoyable evening and the staff were all so friendly. Definitely have the T-bone steak, it was one of the best I have ever had! The wine we were recommended was amazing as well. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely... More

Our party of four arrived at El Churrasco quite late having been let down by another restaurant in Cordoba but we were warmly welcomed by a very professional Maitre d and shown to our table. Of the starters the kidneys were outstanding but the lettuce with garlic was disappointing. Lamb, pork and turbot were all very good and the house... More

The restaurant was recommended by some local friends. The outdoor was very low key. Once inside you start discover that the building is really made of over 10 different ones. The decor was very typical of Andalucía. The servers were professional's. The food was great. The first dish was "Salmorejo con berenjenas" , was amazing. My main course " rabo... More

Very nice historic atmosphere, very tasty turbot and attractive kids food (our son had the mini burger with mini chips) and good service. Culinary highlight of our road trip

The reviews for this restaurant suggest it rates very well, last night we ordered a variety of dishes including the ox cheek which in itself was soft and delicious but for example the accompanying "roasted potatoe" was disgusting as it was dry and cold which was suggestive of a potato cooked the day before and served up the following day...
