Always amazing the Nassauer Hof The charme of this place is unique. The Ente is not anymore the one of the '90, but still good and comfortable. Wine list could be better

If you want to lunch at the Ente (not open for lunch) or have a less formal dinner I recommend the Entenbistro, next door and Chief Kammermeier is in Charge here as well. Typical Bistro style, small tables, you can chosse from a restricted menu - but you will enjoy it. Last time I visited this place I made a... More

Went on a twenty plus guests corporate event to Ente. We had a lovely evening and I really want to compliment the kitchen on the quality of the food compared to how many people we were. I generally get disappointed when going in big groups to michelin restaurants, but the Ente staff did very well. The food was terrific, I... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the whole world. The food, service and atmosphere was impeccable. I highly recommend it! I have never spent over 4 hours enjoying a restaurant as such.... You won't be disappointed.

We were invited last week end in this famous restaurant. It is very clean and nice, has good service. The dishes are interesting , good but somewhat expensive, but you could say normal for such a restaurant. But what was absolutely overpriced were the wines ! That you have a bottle for Eur 10.000 is ok, but that there is... More

Great food, we've had more than enough with the 4 course menu at 105 euro per person. Everything high quality from the amuse-bouches to the main courses.Tracked down a great riesling at a very reasonable price on the extensive and expensive wine list. Including 2 bottles of water and 1 coffee total bill came up to 300 euros for 2.... More

My wife and I recently enjoyed a four-course menu with paired wines here. The ambiance, decor and service were impeccable, the food was delicious. The ingenious combinations of ingredients, flavours and appearances were as one would expect in a Michelin rated venue. The menu contains up to eight courses, naturally with choices throughout. I cannot describe all the courses, but... More

The chefs welcome appetizers were beautiful and delicious. I had the shredded foie gras for an appetizer it was heavenly! My husband enjoyed the corn creme brûlée with lobster. We had the duck for an entree, the skin was wonderfully crunchy, the meat bordered on dry. It was a wonderful experience. We recommend it!

The Ente in the Nassauer Hof is the premium restaurant, but adjacent is the somewhat smaller Ente Bistro, open during Lunch time and offering a daily changing menu. A cosy atmosphere and a good attentive service, nicely composed meals as well as a good choice of wines and drinks makes this cosy place a good start into the afternoon.

I just walked in without a reservation, as I do often when I travel trying to find the best restaurant in town. At first they wanted to put me in the Bar because it was "sold" out. I wanted to walk out then it was suggested I eat in the Bistro, at least the same cuisine so I agreed, and... More

Description
Our ENTE restaurant has been the local Wiesbaden institution for some 33 years. ENTE is a gourmet restaurant whose popularity has spread further afield than the state capital to the entire Rhine-Main region and beyond. Since 1980 the Michelin restaurant critics have without a break awarded the ENTE a coveted Michelin star. The restaurant's young head chef, Michael Kammermeier, presents his very own interpretation of exquisite, straightforward classic European cuisine with a very personal touch.
