This is probably the 4th time I visit this place as its a 5 minute walk from my apartment, has a nice outside sitting area and has a really nice fresh raspberry cake. What can I say…its a typical little Eppendorf coffeshop, a bit arrogant, where people like to look at you up and down when you come in. Its... More

I heard so much about this place and got excited to finally go for a visit. As I entered the cafe, I was shocked with the poor decoration. There is no theme, just random furniture placed everywhere. Maybe it was the theme intended, but sometimes being different is not that chic. The cake options are not plenty. Because we came... More

The Petit Cafe is a small cafe, but with seating upstairs a good spot to have your breakfast. On Sunday's at least they advertise with all day breakfast, so it came as a surprise that at 11:30 (am!) they were out of oranges and thus out of fresh OJ. The breakfast itself is decent, the bread rolls could be a... More

Little place to rest your legs and replenish energy with cake. Looked bit understaffed as single girl had to take care of all customers and establishment in whole. Thus those who complain on bad service should address their complaints to management not poor tired girls working there. Pleasant surprise was prices, despite location in heart of posh shops and offices... More

We stopped here during a day in town to have some cake and coffee. The cakes were okay, but the service and atmosphere were a downturn. The place is small, we were lucky enough to find a table for two, but felt cramped. The service was very hectic and not very welcoming. We will definitely not go here again.

We only had coffee and a hot chocolate but what wonderful inviting little place that deservedly proved very popular this January Sunday. The offerings of homemade tart appealed and was flying out of the door for take away as well as being consumed left right and centre inside. We'll be back and to eat next time.

I agree with several other reviews about this place: the cakes are ok, but the service not at all. The chefin is dishonest and arrogant.

Small, elegant, warm and cosy cafe; from the moment you enter it, you can tell this place is good. Surrounded by the aroma of fresh made pies mixed with the aromas of teas and coffees taken by the servers to their final destination. Simple concept, but yet so delicious. I really enjoyed coming here, so much that I went for... More

Internet rates it as the best cakes in town but, surprise! The service is awful. Nobody from the staff paid any attention when we arrived, we had to rearch for a table like vultures with a corpse and to the least, we sat for almost 45 minutes and no waiter came to take the order they just rush and say... the cake here is good as well as the hot chocolate. so the taste of the food is very good but i heard how they work in the kitchen and it really makes you lose your appetite. the place is very small and cozy at the first look but after realising that it actually is quite dirty there on top...
