Very dark, with no windows. Service and beer OK, but expensive compared to the Bavarian next door. But the music was too loud and too techno for an Irish pub.

I first frequented this place during the Summer of 1987. It was popular then and it still is now. The beer prices are reasonable, certainly not overly expensive. A great place to watch the rugby....

Prices a bit on the high side but good drinks and bar food also looked okay. Very busy also on weekdays in the evening. Live music daily. No wifi in the bar.

Found this bar by chance after getting off the red bus tour at stop No. 1, its inside a shopping centre, had a really good Irish breakfast there with a brilliant Guiness. We went back the next day to watch the football. Would recommend this bar for great atmosphere and food

I never been in a pub at a shopping mall before - but in Germany - everything is possible. The place is large, and have a large selection of beverages. Live music - that was not the best the day I was there - but it is probably more about taste :) There is not much cue even if the... More

Really nice pub however a pint of Guinness is €5.70 Then I ordered half. Bar staff guy behind bar did not politely inform me that there was only €1.40 difference between a pint and a half Having worked in a bar myself I feel good bar staff would inform a customer of this But his reply was I'm not allowed... Great place to get a pint of Guinness or a Strongbow, you can also sample their Irish hot pot, if you get fed up of sauerkraut & Erdinger

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
