Everything was with an OK taste. However, that corner steal my heart and it was an enjoyable moment sipping my coffee there.

The staff was very impolite and rude, the food was completely cold: worst lunch ever. We don't recommend it at all.

We stopped here for some dinner. There are a large assortment of sandwiches, pizzas and cakes. We opted for a mozzarella pizza slice and a cheese and ham baguette. The pizza was warmed up and tasted ok - like pizza bread more than pizza. The sandwich was a good size and generally good value for money. Pretty typical of chain/cafe... More

Great place to have breakfast or lunch. They offer fresh and taisty sandwiches, good coffee and fresh juices

Went in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. Saw some huge pretzels hanging on display, so I decided to take some photos to show family back home and post on Trip Advisor to show how huge they looked and was told (very rudely) that I wasn't allowed to take pics in the cafe. When I asked why, the girl didn't... More

Grabbed a quick bite to eat here one morning and the salami sandwich was lovely, although more expensive than other similar eateries. Would recommend & return.

We had breakfast here before starting our Berlin visit. They offer a great range of breakfast options, ranging from pastries to pizza and cakes and everything we tried tasted good. The price was also good; everything was around 3 euros.

Stopped here for breakfast, both had a lovely cheese and ham toaster, coffee and water for under 10 euro. The cakes looked incredible as did everything on display. Slight shame that the service was a little unfriendly but aside from that it was a real find wish we had found it sooner!!!

Thank lisr87

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
