Good food, always freshly prepared, quick service, cheap price! It's definitely one of the best places to eat sushi in Berlin. Not suitable for groups.

For my folding map BertaBerlin, I visit many hidden gems and hotspots of Berlin, but I can really recommend this hidden gem. To whom authentic sushi is more important than Happy-Hour, the restaurant Tabibito is the place to be. The Japanese chef behind the bar really works his magic. Fried sushi you will search in vain. AND they have the... More

Really good place to eat sushis! Taste very well. The restaurant is very little, a bit more space would have been appreciated.

I'm totally confused by all the good reviews about this place. Those people probably never had proper Japanese food? Sushi was OK at best.. The rest of the menu is very sad. We had tempura and udon noodles, they were so bad we couldn't finish it. Oily and tasteless vegetables and udon noodles in a soup that was aggressively full... More

This is one of my favorite Japanese places. It it very small and often full but the quality of the ingredients is very good. People are friendly.

I have been there yesterday for dinner. I ordered 2 sushis that were just OK, and a plate a tempura. The Tempuras were simply the worst I ever had. I dont live in Berlin but this is the second japanese restaurant i had here. The first one being pretty good, it is not a matter of german taste adaptation. Shrimp... More

I find this place as one of the best in town to eat Japanese cooking. Friendly, non expansive and really good quality. is it better to make a reservation, the place is small and full.

Tabibito is the place for you if you are looking for a tasty sushi. Nevertheless I was a little disappointed by the sashimi, some of the filets weren't as tasty as they should. The restaurant is very small, I strongly reccomend to book a table. The staff is very nice, all together a very nice experience.

Another review here inaccurately describes the location as being not near a UBahn - untrue, it's maybe 3 mins from Rathaus Neukölln (U7). A wide ranging menu, friendly service, decent-sized portions and very good value makes this place a winner. Will re-visit for sure.

Staying in Neukolln

Neighbourhood Profile
No Berlin neighbourhood is more popular with the young and jet-set crowd than the old worker's district of Neukölln. With so many Turkish settled here, the area became known as “Little Istanbul“. Today the percentage of foreigners is still high and visitors still frequent the Turkish shisha bars. In the daytime, they also visit the designer shops and sit by the canal in one of the street cafés up and down Westerstrasse or at Maybachufer, having a beer and waving to the sightseeing boats as they float by. But at night, Neukölln is dominated by increasingly young, alternative, and international crowds. This is particularly evident in the northern section of the district where there are many bars, funky clubs, galleries and restaurants. There, the night never seems to end.
