For only 6 euros I ordered the vegan durum kebab and it was the best thing I've ever tasted. It was served in a wrap and with some salad and garlic sauce. I've had cravings ever since coming back home! The presentation was great and the portion size was fantastic value for money. They also sold seitan nuggets which we... More

I love the fact that even I (as a vegan) can eat Döner, and Vöner could easily become my regular place for a quick and tasty dinner, but unfortunately there is one big minus... The peope working there let their hair hang loose, and of course I found a long blonde hair in my food, whitch was incredibly disgusting!!! People... More

Nice staff, food was good. We had Vönerteller, nicely prepared with fresh salad and delicious sauce of our choice. Not a big fan of seitan but this place made it work :)

I visited with my partner who is vegan and we both really enjoyed this place. The food and service were excellent. It is not fine dining and you clear your own plates to a tray at the end but don't let that put you off because the food is delicious. I had the burger and my partner had the voner... More

Was a bit worried about visiting Berlin with my 13 year old daughter who's been a vegan for about 6 weeks and sought travel tips from trip advisor et al. Has been great, taken us to places a bit off the beaten track that we wouldn't have otherwise visited and this was well worth it. Special chips with onion and... More

Really good vegan food here. If you are vegan or vegetarian you will be really happy. And your meat eating buddies won't be disappointed either. The food is very filling. I would recommend durum voner and the special chips. The voner comes with one of four sauces personally i have tried two of them and I loved both. I wouldn't... More

We both had the vegan doner kebab in pitta with chips and it was delicious! Huge potions and great value. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

I have only ever eaten vegan doner kebabs, and had high expectations for this place. Was a little out of our way as we were staying quite far west, but well worth the trip! Portions are as big as my head (literally). Got the special chips (fries with 'cheese' sauce and onions' and doner kebab with herb sauce and salad.... More

Super big sandwich with lots of veggie and amazing sauces. The taste of all together is just amazing. The place is little bit "underground" but you must try!

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighbourhood Profile
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
