4 of us ate here on the 7 course tasting menu with the wine pairing and couldn't fault a single thing. Dishes came at a nice pace and very good intricate food. Delicious wines - mainly whites, maybe one or two more reds would have...More

From we slept in to Volt we were in good hands. The staff is great. We were eight people and went for a 5 course with wine paring. Everything looked amazing, the food tasted heavenly and the wine paring was spot on. We are common...More

Booked a table here for an anniversary dinner. Excellent food and wine with the best service I've encountered in Berlin. Unique menus/dishes - more in the direction of 'fine-dining', but affordable and simple enough to prevent the food from becoming pretentious. Probably the nicest restaurant...More

Excellent food (large portions compared to other fine dining) in a beautiful restaurant. I particularly recommend the monkfish and the lamb. The restaurant seems to be located in a remote and random part of Berlin and the staff seemed in a bit of a hurry...More

We had the 7 courses menu and it was fantastic. Flavours are intense and most importantly every dish is very rich in texture. One has to pay attention to the details on how the dish is assembled. Service was nice and staff was very relaxed...More

An amazing sight greets you when you arrive, the outside is stunning with moody lighting and sheer brick walls. The architecture inside the restaurant is clad in copper. This was the second restaurant we had visited in Berlin so we went for the 5 course...More

Nice evening in the fashionable Volt restaurant. Nice atmosphere and beautiful architecture. You choose between 3 set menus and can add wine paring. Food was delicious and the different waiters did a good job. But... food was not excellent...it was tasty but we missed the...More

Place is very nice and worth the visit. Food is very good but quality went decrescendo on both Menu 1 and 2 ... this was a pity. Wine prices are extremely high. Service was excellent, regretfully time between some dishes was a bit long perhaps...More

Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can
both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central
neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the
1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around
Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s,
rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a
carefree life here. An old hospital even became a
hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today

No dress code that I'm aware of. It's not the sort of place you'd turn up in sportswear or work overalls, but anything else would be fine!
