Good coffee and a great cake selection. Delicious cakes! Near Messedamm or Lietzensee on Kantstreet ( don't pronounce that road in English) not posh or stylish in any way but quite typical for Berlin. You'll find a lot of locals there on a Sunday for example

We decided to enter the café as we were cold and looking forwardr to a nice cup of coffee. Great surprise. Very good cakes, one of the best cappuccinos I've had and an extra surprise was live music (piano). FAB!

A nice place on the corner just opposite Lietzensee Park, surrounded by colorful flowers. Perfect for early-morning Zentraler Omnibus Bahnhof arrivals, when you're waiting for check-in. The cakes look and smell beautiful and the slices generous but instead we've had coffee for our first visit and breakfast upon the second. Friendly service and interior full of unusual instruments.

Selection of different breakfasts. The price was good and the bread tools were lovely. There was fruit, cheese, salmon, horseradish, coffee for less than Eu10. Very near the ICC.

Previously reviewed this Cafe on earlier trip to Berlin but made a point of returning on latest trip. Once again not disappointed in the quality of the food/cakes or service and visited here a number of times over the five weeks in Germany. Well worth dropping in if you are in the area as standards have been maintained.

This is a lovely little cafe (Konditorei) located in Charlottenburg area and in easy walking distance of both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations and only minutes from International Convention Centre, Funkturm Tower (mini Eiffel), During a week long stay, i visited this little cafe most mornings for Breakfast with my wife. There is quite a good selection of typical German style... More

It's a typical German Konditorei (pâtisserie and confectionery ) cafe with a (small concert) piano that seems to be regularly played. The choice of cakes and beverages - as would be expected - is ample. The quality and service is first class without overbearing affection. A little out of the way but worth the extra little effort. And the poppy... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
