We ate here twice while in Berlin and both times were superb. The food is well prepared and the service is friendly and efficient. There is a beautiful patio if you are there in the summer. Definitely give it a try!

Highly recommend this small, cosy, local, friendly, first rate restaurant half way down Bornholmer Strasse. Tasty, well cooked, home-style cooking......excellent quality, substantial and delicious. Relaxed and calm, warm and cosy, cheerful and good service plus great beer....and very reasonably priced. Bavarian style dishes. Not for...More

Accidental find but excellent choice. We had planned on hitting another kneipe in the area but that place just down the street was just a little too tacky and we opted for Zum Bayernmichel. What an accidental but terrific find. Staff was really pleasant and...More

This place is good if you want Bavarian food to a low price. The place got the right atmosphere, at least for someone that have not been in Bavaria. The sausages are very nice and they have good beer as well. They also serve Pfälzer...More

We liked the service and the food very much. Our meal for 2 costed 24€ with beers included. The neighborhood is calm and cosy. The terrace is the best place to enjoy your meal.

Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in

there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays,
