It is really cold outside. The food was really good and the prices even better. If you are in the neighborhood it's a great choice. We had 4 different dishes and all of them were great.

Went there with friends. Food came pretty much immediately after ordering, for sure less than 5 minutes waiting. The meals were big and a good price-value-relation, but it just leaves the question how freshly made it was. The service was pretty poor: we were asked what we want to order when we were obviously still busy reading the menu and... More

I recommend the summer roll and the banana pudding, but the soups were not that good. The broth was very heavy, probably ready made and the vegetables in it were hard and without taste. The prices are very low, the menu well picked and cheap and varied drinks. The atmosphere is not the best, together with the service. I wouldn't... More

Good food, I enjoyed the salad and a Thai curry afterwards. Both were tasty but I can't say that the papaya salad contained any papaya. At least I struggled to find it. Nevertheless for the price I can't really fault it either way. Good, quick and cheap dinner.

Every time I come to Berlin I make sure to visit here at least once, even with the huge amount of great bites you can find in this city. The location is great, nice place to people watch right on the Skalitzer. Great service, very fast kitchen with fresh aromatic herbs that make the flavors taste the way the best... More

As soon as I stepped into this place (due to the massive amount of good reviews here) I knew something was off. It was the smell, the smell was off. And it was off because much of the food wasn't fresh, and either they don't clean their kitchen properly or they use some sort of chemicals to cook. Either way... More

This place has very affordable good food. It has nice ambience. Every once in a while the service could be faster but I still highly recommend it.

Good value for money, quick service, friendly staff. Perfekt if you are on the run and need some food. I had a delicoius pumpkin curry with chicken.

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighbourhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
