Love this place! The burgers are massive and so are the wedges. You will definitely get full eating here. A large burger usually costs 5,50€ and it's definitely worth its value. I ordered the Sophia-Loren burger with Gorgonzola Creme and it was the best Gorgonzola Creme I've ever tasted. The flavours were rich and not too overpowering, while complimenting the... More

Burgers, chips and pop drink. All done in that wonderful Berlin informal grungy way, though not dirty. This place is good if you are lucky to get a seat. Wish the place was bigger. :-) Burgers are well cooked, as are the chips.

You have to queue for a while, but it's really worth it! Huge burger, good chips, you'd better speak German as the staff don't seem to understand English very well, then sit outside and enjoy your meal :)

Well worth a short walk from our hotel (Ibis Berlin Mitte). Small establishment with limited inside seating (counter & bar stool) and a few tables outside but the burgers are awesome, all orders are cooked fresh and theres quite a variety on the menu. Great value and very popular - you may have to wait for somewhere to sit but... More

The place is small and crowded, but feels very genuine. There's a handful of meat burgers and a handful of vegetarian ones, like halloumi, mozzarella and grünkern. Very cheap and you get a lot of good food. Recommended!

Good burgers, big plates of food, good Berliner service. Good selection of burgers, bio or regular, old chips. The place is quite small, so if the weathers not good (and u can't sit outside) - you'll be sitting at the bar.

I think we must have visited a a peak time as the place was very busy no where to sit in this very small burger bar but that was no suprise as the quality of the burgers was second to none I've tasted before. The fries were plentiful and delicious and all things considered it was a very enjoyable experience, well... Almost as good as Burgr in Vegas or Tap 415 in San Francisco but much more authentic, no frills, no long lines. recommended.

Not much to say, it was simply delicious! I had the burger with Gorgonzola cheese and have not regreated. It had loads of melted cheese, meat was juicy and salad was fresh, just perfect! Price is also good, less than 5 euros. Place is cozy with a couple of tables outdoors. A must do in Prenzlauer Berg.

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
