Raw bacon and beef that tasted like it came from anything but a cow. The chicken was cooked frozen and then cooked and served to us. The salads were wilted and pre-made. Shame on this place. Avoid at all costs.

Came across this place on the way back to our hotel & decided to give it a try. Good service from English speaking waitress, smiley and friendly. I had mussels in white wine with bread. Very large portion with a whole basket of mixed breads. Lovely! My other half had ribs, fries and salad. Again a good large portion. Washed... More

Great food. Croissant, boiled egg plenty of fruit, milk coffee. I was filled up by the time we left. Hubby had a burger which he said was juicy and delicious. Other couple had eggs, beans and toast. All were very happy.

My cousin and I had 2 daytime meals here and were quite pleased with the service, the menu and the prices, all quite good. Bad time of year though= to many wasps.

We've had a couple of breakfasts here. The food was good, crew was friendly, and great for location wise.

The place looks fairly worn out, so our expectations were not high when we accidentally ended up here for breakfast one morning. However, it turned out that they have a large breakfast menu. I had a small cheese plate for 5.5 Eur and got 2 rolls and a mini baguette, several slices of cheese , butter, jam , boiled eggs... More

Like a lot of places you visit you have to be prepared to wait a while for your orders to arrive, but this place don't disappoint when your orders arrive!! The food is very well cooked with good size portions and the cocktails are the way a cocktail should be, strong and punchie. Great spot to sit and watch the... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
