Very nice and typical sausage house. Good beer, nice sweets, obviously sausage menu based! Funny atmosphere, perfect for friends nights.

When in Nuremberg you have to stop here Authentic food,, good service, great price. Small and quaint compared to some of the tourist places, this is all about authority . Can't wait to return

It was a cold rainy day when I stepped inside. I was alone so I was seating at a table with 4 strangers. I ordered the Nürnberg sausages and the potato salad. The sausages were great! The potato salad was fine but not remarkable. The guest at the table were wonderful. The couple were celebrating the Mrs, 70th birthday. We... More

It is a crowded place at least during BIOFACH fair. We were lucky to get seated. Charcoal grilled Nürnberger Bratwürstchen are delicious but not a cheap treat (1.20 € per piece). Garnish like Sauerkraut or potato salad has to be ordered extra. Service is quick and friendly. An excellent place to take foreign tourists.

Located just off the market square next to the main church this friendly lively bubbly grill house is THE place for the flame-grilled Nuremberg sausages accompanied by the local brew housed in an cramped alpine lodge. 3 of us had a dozen each of the miniature wieners....... twice !!!

Well, you have to taste the Nürnberger Bratwurst. You will find it everywhere in the city, however this one has something special. The Sauerkraut was also perfect. I am already looking forward for the next visit!

Had lunch and the experience was both tasty and humorous. The Nürnberger sausages are really nice and so are the side dishes. Make sure to reserve as it gets crowded but well worth the wait and the staff is authentic in their wardrobe and so are the tin service dishes like the middle ages.
