Great service, nice food, quirky environment. Loved the grill in the middle of the room. The atmosphere is lovely and the location is very convenient.

I had lunch with a friend. I had the traditional classics - Wiener Schnitzel and a salad (all very competent). In terms of Munich prices, for the quality, it was reasonably priced.

Brenner is a hugh location, therefore it's always a bit crowded and noisy. I Iike that. Brenner is great for Lunch and for Dinner. You can trust in everything from the Grill, I'm not so sure about the Pasta.

Words don't do justice to describe the quality of the meals served at Brenners. I've been here at least 6 times since 2014, whenever we visit Munich on business. Their calamari, steaks, cheese and fish are top quality. They also stock very good wine which doesn't disappoint. The restaurant has a very cosy feel, is always busy with a crowd... More

3 time to this very busy and quite expensive steak restaurant. The decor is very medieval and the meat is cooked on open fires in the middle. There was 20 of us and not one complaint. Steaks were perfect but don't expect chips! Well worth a visit but book

In most German plaza cafes you just take a seat, you do not have to seek out a front desk to be seated. Not in this one. But, if you do take a seat, as there is no indication otherwise, you are just ignored. The place had very few clients, yet I waited 45 mins. for a salad and bottle... More

Been around forever. Has something for everyone. Bar/Lounge is large and warm - perfect to sit w a friend, a small group - or just on your own. There are two dining areas, one near a large, conventional open grill and then a large, more formal dining room. The space is large, open and bustling - however it's fine to... More

Nice place with good service, but quite mediocre pasta and risotto. Well... risotto with truffles was overcooked, probably reheated in the oven and brought 10 min after we ordered ( fresh risotto takes no less then 20 min to be prepared) and the scampi zucchini flowers pasta was also too soft and too salty. Albanian chef (no offense, this suppose... More

Just had a business dinner there and I must say that it was one of the best beefs I ever had anywhere in Europe. And the service was SUPER friendly and competent. The restaurant is located in the best area of Munich so hold your credit card tight (if you visit with your partner:)). An absolute must go when in... More
